We have partnered with specialist couriers to ensure you receive your new item safely and securely.
- We offer FREE delivery on all televisions and audio items to most mainland UK addresses*
- Delivery of all Washers, Dryers, Fridges, Freezers, Fridge Freezers (excluding American Fridge Freezers), and cooking products will include a £19.99 fee*.
- Delivery of all American Fridge Freezers will include a £29.99 fee.*
- All Office Furniture products are delivered for FREE to the majority of mainland UK addresses*
- All Small appliances under 30kg incur either a £9.99 or £14.99 delivery fee depending on package size/weight to the majority of mainland UK addresses*
- *Certain postcodes (such as those in the highlands and islands) may be subject to an additional delivery fee ranging from £49.99 to £89.99, depending on the location.
Most items are eligible for Next Working Day Delivery if ordered before 1:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). In cases where this isn't feasible, we strive to deliver within 3 days from processing your order. Deliveries are scheduled for Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) although Saturday deliveries may be possible depending on courier options and delivery address. The courier will provide you with a 2-hour delivery window, and in some instances, they may contact you 30-60 minutes prior to delivery.
Certain delivery couriers may have limitations regarding specific postcodes due to product dimensions and weight. In such cases, we will reach out to you to coordinate a convenient delivery time and date. Should you have any particular delivery preferences or constraints, feel free to get in touch with us, and we'll endeavour to accommodate your needs.
When dealing with heavy or bulky items (typically weighing over 135kg), we utilise a specialized 3-man courier service for delivery. This might impact delivery timelines in certain postal areas. For further details on this, please don't hesitate to give us a call.
Before proceeding, please verify the dimensions of your product within the packaging, especially with American Style Fridge Freezers and ensure this will fit through your doorways. Attempting to manoeuvre the product through doorways can become difficult, and removing packaging for delivery may exempt the courier from liability for any damages. If uncertain, please reach out to us for assistance.
Please be aware that delivery times to offshore postal addresses, including Northern Ireland, Islands, and Scottish Highlands, may be slightly extended and may involve additional delivery charges. Moreover, orders from Northern Ireland may experience further impacts due to Brexit regulations. For further information, please don't hesitate to contact us. If a customer requests a specific date for delivery and has confirmed with Beyond Television that they will ensure acceptance of the goods on the date requested and the delivery then fails at no fault of the courier service or Beyond Television, a charge of between £30.00 and £200.00 will apply (dependent on the size and product purchased) in order of arranging a new delivery date. Please contact customer services for costs of redelivery according to your particular product. Should a customer decide that no other date is suitable for delivery and a refund is requested, a minimum failed delivery fee of £30.00 will be applicable.
