At Beyond TV, we know the importance of delivering your new items safely, securely and on-time. That's why we've partnered with carefully selected delivery companies. To ensure that your delivery experience is top class, please read the following delivery information carefully. Standard Delivery

Our Standard Delivery service is next working day delivery for televisions, audio equipment and office furniture, and 2-4 working days for most appliances (certain postcodes may take upto 5 working days).

Delivery Process:

  • Our courier will contact you within 24 hours of dispatch to provide a specific delivery date and a 2-3 hour time slot.
  • If the time slot is not convenient, you can rearrange a more suitable time directly with select couriers (not possible with next-day and nominated day delivery).
  • Delivery is only made after confirmation, so please ensure you confirm promptly.

Next-Day & Nominated Day Delivery

Next working day and nominated day delivery is available for most products but delivery charges vary depending on the type of product, postcode and product weight. Next working day or a weekday of your choice is available if ordered by 1 pm, Mon-Fri, excl. public holidays.

Special Deliveries:

  • Saturday Deliveries: £14.99 additional charge. Available for select items and locations. Contact us for details or view during the checkout process.
  • Heavy/Bulky Items (>135kg): Delivered via a specialist 3-man courier service, which may affect delivery times in certain regions - please contact us for more information.

Televisions: Free delivery to mainland UK addresses.

Appliances:

Standard Delivery: £9.99 (up to 85kg), £19.99 (86-160kg).
Next Day & Nominated Day: £9.99 (up to 20kg), £14.99 (21-30kg), £29.99 (31-120kg), £39.99 (121-245kg).

Office Furniture: Free delivery to mainland UK addresses.

Selected Postcodes:
Additional fees may apply for Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, etc., based on courier charges.

Important Notes

Check Dimensions: Ensure the product dimensions (including packaging) fit through your doorway. Removing packaging may void courier responsibility for damages.
Offshore Deliveries: Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Islands, and Scottish Highlands may take longer and incur additional costs. Contact us for details regarding Brexit-related impacts.

Customer Responsibilities

Please make sure someone is available to accept the delivery. Missed appointments resulting in rescheduled deliveries will incur a charge of £30.00 to £200.00, depending on the product size, weight and delivery address. Contact customer service for details.

Safety Guidelines

Couriers will place parcels on the doorstep and maintain a 2-metre distance. If no one answers the door, a card will be left, and the parcel will be returned to the depot.
